vivo X100 debut self-developed chip V3: Debut at the end of the year
Fast Technology reported on July 31 that according to reports, the vivo X100 series will be equipped with the vivo self-developed chip V3 for the first time.
According to the news released by vivo, vivo’s self-developed chip V3 uses a 6nm process technology, and its energy efficiency has increased by 30% compared with the previous generation. It has a multi-concurrent AI-aware ISP architecture and a second-generation FIT interconnection system. Reduce power consumption, and the comprehensive experience has been significantly improved compared with the previous generation V2 chip.
With the blessing of the self-developed V3 chip, vivo’s imaging technology has ushered in a major upgrade. Based on the V3 chip, vivo debuted a 4K movie portrait video in the Android camp, which can achieve movie-level bokeh blur, movie-level skin quality optimization and color processing, making the video more professional and cinematic.
In addition, vivo’s self-developed chip V3 also brings 4K-level post-shooting editing functions, which can meet users’ requirements for video editing with extremely high pixels. Even after shooting 4K videos, editing and adjustments can be made on the basis of 4K. more outstanding.
It is worth noting that based on the in-depth joint research and development of vivo and Zeiss, the vivo X100 series will be equipped with a new Zeiss T* coating, which is equipped with Multi-ALD technology to further reduce the reflectivity between the lenses. The central reflectivity is changed from the original 0.2 % is reduced to 0.1%, and the reflectivity is reduced by 50%, resulting in a clearer picture performance.
As for the telephoto lens, the vivo X100 series is equipped with a new standard “Vario-Apo-Sonnar” telephoto lens, which will significantly improve the zoom performance and quality. In addition, this new telephoto lens also adopts floating lens group technology, which provides ultra-high resolution and focusing capabilities, and can achieve excellent macro shooting effects.
It is reported that the vivo X100 series will debut at the end of this year. The standard version is expected to be equipped with Dimensity 9300 chip, and the top version is expected to be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 chip.
